The owners of this B&B also run a fishing charter service so were gone early in the morning. However, they leave out set places for later risers to eat a decent continental breakfast. When we did get to speak with the owners, they were quite friendly and had some good dining and activity suggestions. The room we stayed in was nice and unique in that it had a sunroom to sit and enjoy the long daylight hours. Some very heavy shades completely closed off the outside light in order to sleep. The common area is simply the owners living room, but they encouraged us to make ourselves at home. The bathroom was shared among the guests, and was obviously kept clean, but some odors tended to be noticeable. They also did appear to offer use of their laundry facilities. The B&B is a short walk of a few blocks down to the boat docks so is a very convenient place to stay if taking a cruise of the bay or going on a fishing charter trip. It also is within walking distance (though a little farther) from the cruise ship terminal as well as the railroad terminal. This B&B is in an older house and may not be fanciest, but it was a decent and convenient place to stay.
