5 star service and facilities from a 5 star hotel. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Rooms cleaned twice per day.Gourmet food served what a delight.

The hotel has a five star service and the food is a great surprise. The owner is present and everything works well. The interieur and the rooms are fancy and outdated. Especially the venezian spa is decorated in las vegas style. It's a hotel with tradition. You need good directions to find everything. Overall, not everything is like a five star hotel.

Puzzled by some previous reviewes. Sure, some playboys may be upset about having no presidential suits in a ski resort, or an annoyed visitor could blame the hotel for having what is clearly a stomach bug (you cannot have food poisoning in your family members on successive days - if anything, it happens for all at once ). Nor can I get the complaint about slopes: the variety is one of the best in Alps, and if you are an annoyed profi just go off-piste, do not get pissed off ! Stayed there several times. Excellent rooms, crisp bed twice a day, excellent chef, perfect wine list, no problem with serivce. What the hell. Going back next year.

The hotel overall is nice, however if they put you in one of the annexes the rooms are like a 2-3 star hotel. Restaurant is very nice with good breakfast options. The cleanliness could be improved - somebody ordered room service and the empty trays stayed in the hallway for more than 24 hours. I think it is the best hotel in Solden but they should do more to call themselves a 5 star.
