We stayed here for one night at the end of a great ski vacation in Kitzbuhel. Unfortunately, the circumstances were not desirable as one of our three children was in the hospital across the street.
Ursula was VERY gracious, taking our luggage and checking us in while we were tending to our son. We had a clean and very nice room on the first floor with two queen beds. While the entrance is unassuming and there is slight smoke smell in the ground floor, our room had no hint of smoke and the comfort of the room was fantastic. For our rate of 120euros, breakfast was included. Ursula and her husband even made the kids sandwiches for the long trip to Salzburg the following day! We had a very trying Saturday and Sunday, but Ursula's concern and help made this a very nice experience. If you are looking for a great central location for a family of four, I don't think you can beat this place.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the center and 100 meters from the train station and on the bus line for the ski areas.
This is the best 3 star hotel I have seen in Europe!

we were very disappointed. the biggest appartment has just 2 bedrooms and not 3! the owners charge you for everything you did not ask for. very unprofessional. they smoke and the whole building has a dirty smell. the appartment has a view on a parking for big trucks not on the mountains. it is a nasty place and will cost you a lot of money.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Apparthotels.

When we arrived check-in was easy, stress free and quick. We arrived with another family and both recieved keys at the same time. We opened the door and we very surprised to be greeted by a large room, with a bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/ living area, and a spacious bathroom. The room was clean and well laid out. We came as a family of 4. Parents has the bedroom, I had the sofa bed in the living area and both beds were incredibly comfortable. The beds were made every morning and rooms cleaned. The room was well equipped for self-catering. We chose the half-board option. The half board option included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was pleasant (continental) with as many eggs and meat as you liked (all self service). Dinner was fantastic also. The menu was set out each night before bed and could be altered if an item isnt liked by any person(s). The hotel was within cloose proximity to main town square and shops. Ursula and Gerhard were both fantastic throughout our stay. Nothing was ever to much... and gave us all a more personal touch towards our stay, than other large hotel chains. Overall, stay was fantastic, owners are brilliant, food is lovely and ski resorts within 10 minuter walk!
