A very nicely furnished hotel, family run and a very central location. Generally the staff were excellent and very freindly especially those in the dining room. If booking be aware of hotels cancellation policy that was not openly explained at the time of booking and refers to an 'International Agreement'?

I selected and booked this hotel after reading the reviews, I was therefore concerned when I read the two very negative reviews regarding the steaks just prior to our holiday. I need not have worried, our stay was perfect. The food was excellent and the service we received form the staff was second to none, the rooms were spotlessly clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a hard day skiing. There was some noise in the main street at night but nothing we could not cope with. Overall we had an excellent holiday that met our expectations.

Checked out of this hotel this morning (5 March 2011). The staff, accommodation and facilities have been fantastic. The food in the restaurant, particularly the farmers buffet, was consistently exceptional. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

We agree with Frank, we had a steak served which was inedible, the waiter refused to do anything about it and when we asked for the manager we were told " he is too busy to come to you, if you want to see him you will have to go to his office"! Inedible steak, invisible manager, not one Euro off the bill. Nice surroundings but appallingly bad attitude. Not to be recommended except to someone you do not like.
