We stayed in the annexe to the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Our room was small and moderately warm. We were on the third floor and had to run the warm water tap for several minutes before we could get warm water. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choice. Bus to main ski lift stopped just outside the hotel and ran every 15 mins. There was a ten minute (pleasant) walk to the main ski lift but if you wanted you could leave your boots, ski's and poles at the main ski lift for 20€/week.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good as long as you were there early (before 0830). The pool and sauna area was great. The rooms were basic but clean and very pleasant. Good balcony for apres ski beers!

We’ve just arrived from Austria and stayed to Obermair new building/annexe. Room was quite big and warm, swimming pool clean with water at 26-27C degrees – that is OK. Spa area contains three sauna rooms (wet sauna, flavor sauna and dry sauna). Unfortunately for some days, one of them was out of order - one day dry sauna, another day flavor sauna..... But more uncomfortable was the fact that we never found enough clean towels at spa; everyday they provided less towels than the guests - so we had to bring one from room. And another problem was lack of eggs during breakfast. We came at different hours in the morning, and every time the same story - not enough or missing eggs. In case you really want to get some, you must stay and wait to arrive somebody with 1-2 eggs. This was not what we expected . I hope in the future they count better how many guests they have and prepare breakfast accordingly.

We have stayed in the Obermair Hotel in Jan 2012. The trip was organised by Crystal Ski.

The hotel is just at the bottom of the resort and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the main gondola. If you are lazy, you can get on the ski bus, the bus stop is opposite the hotel. Pubs, cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance (5- 10 minutes walk). I have read in other reviews that there is a bus depot next to the hotel and it can get noisy. To be honest I have only seen the bus depot on the last day and if I did not read about it before, I would never guess it was there.

We have arrived on Saturday morning and the room was ready on time. It was spotless, very spacious and cleaned everyday. Big bathroom and good storage space. There was a wireless internet available for the price of 10 euro per 7 days, which I think it's a good value.

Obermair is a traditional style hotel but there is swimming pool and AMAZING sauna facilities (2 sauna rooms plus thermal bath room). It's perfect for relaxing after busy day on the slopes.

The breakfast is fantastic as well.Cereals, different breads, yoghourts, eggs, hams, cheeses, jams and cakes :)

You can also store your boards/skis in the basement.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a great value for money (especially the sauna)!
