We stayed at Hotel Santana for one night on our trip back from Belize to Guatemala City. The hotel is in an old building, and it was rather noisy because you could hear everything from the other rooms (someone watching TV, a baby crying, etc).
There is practically no parking, and the room was full of mosquitos when we arrives because all of the doors were open.
Staff was friendly, but did not go out of their way to make our stay a special one. They wanted to charge for wireless internet although there was absolutely no signal in the room.
Food in the restaurant was OK, although the included breakfast was a laugh.
Unfortunately although there are many hotels in Flores and Sta. Elena none really fills my expectataions, and I have stayed in six of them.
