I stayed at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans on 2/10/12 - 2/12/12, and during our stay the room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and courteous. I loved it. However, when I got home in Texas I realized that I had forgotten my purse in the room closet. Not only my purse but a brand new Iphone 4 was in it. I had just purchased it before leaving on the trip and placed it in my purse so I didn't lose it. Monday morning I called the Hilton and asked if the purse and Iphone were found. The found them, Iphone included!!! I asked if they could overnight my purse and phone and I would pay for shipping. Tuesday morning at 10:07 am my purse was delivered to my door with my brand new Iphone still in the wrapping! I think that if I had stayed at another Hotel this story might have had another ending. & to top it off the shipping I was charged was only 8 dollars. They have exceeded my expectations on courtesy, friendliness, and honesty. I would def recommend any of my friends and family stay there. I will be emailing the hotel to thank them as well!!!

Started with valet being full even though I was told it would be open for all over night guest. At HH check in, 3 people before me were all given comps and upgrades and even though I was on same level as them I was not offered anything! I had booked 2 queen beds but when I checked in I was told none were available and she was going to put us in 2 doubles. I said no to that and was told my only choice then was a king size bed. She not once offered anything else!!! When we got tp our room we had a Murphy Bed which I had neve seen. There were no towels in bathroom and dirty coffee lids in kitchen. Iron and ironing board were both out in room and was obvious it had not been vaccumed. When they brought towels I was told there would be turn down service. Later after our dinner and we returned bed was still up and it was after 9 pm. When they came to turn down bed the sheets were all dirty and never made up!!!!!!
Ok, only Godsend here was a night manager named Saquilla Harness. Thank God for her sending housekeeping to get our bed cleaned and all ready. She comped us breakfast and tried her best to make up for everything. She was the only shining light at this hotel!!!!
They are giving back my 64,000 points I used for this night but do not think that's near enough to make up for our experience!!

I recently attended a convention in New Orleans and stayed at this great property. Perfect location next to EVERYTHING. Convention Center, Harrah's Casino, Riverfront Mall, Bourbon Street are all walking distance. Staff was very accomodating and my suite was spacious. Huge health club with everything. Hotel restaurants were also high cailber. I will definately stay here again!

Just got back from this Hilton and had a good time. Near the French Quarter and Bourban Street, you can see the exitement either after a short walk or a shorter cab ride. The staff is great helping take care of your needs and providing professional and friendly service.
