The staff were so nice. Shopping downstairs, great location, rooftop pool is really cool. Will stay here again!

Just returned from a weekend stay at this property and had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and larger than most hotel rooms I've seen in this area. The bathroom was enormous!

I requested a room overlooking the river during check-in and luckily, they had one available. Views were great! I was able to see the river and some of the French Quarter.

The hotel sits on top of a shopping center so the elevator situation is a little bit of a pain. You have to take one elevator from the ground floor to the 11th floor and then that opens into the hotel lobby. To access your room you have to take another set of elevators. Not a huge deal but definitely was a little annoying.

We didn't park at the hotel, decided to take advantage of the free parking at Harrah's garage instead so I can't comment on the parking or costs.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, able to walk everywhere in the French quarter easily. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, but otherwise the other furniture in the room was very stained and dirty. We got this room on Hotwire for a discounted rate, so it was a pretty good deal, however, I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price for this room.

The location of the Westin is great but it's a bit "off" - so if a true 4 star hotel is important to you, think twice. Beds are comfortable and room decor is ok but the hallways feel like a YMCA (see photo) with a total lack of decor and an older funky feel. And only plastic cups in the room? That feels very Motel6.
