My wife and I recently stay at International House. The hotel itself is ok. We have to wait quite a long time to be checked in because front desk lady were trying to answer constantly ringing phone, talk to one of her colleague and look for something behind the desk at the same time. This was the only complain we had during we stay.
A week after we stay I checked my credit card account and found almost 500$ overcharge from the International House and here my troubles started. It took for me 6 day before I spoke to someone from accounting who said that they processed the refund. I have to call them a dozen of times and they will just transfer me to GM or accounting where nobody picks up the phone. Twice they took my information telling me that I will receive call back - never happened. What really upset me that only one time, no the fifth day, Jane (I think that was her name) said I am sorry.
Will never stay at this hotel.
