My husband and I stayed here whilst on a road trip around the southern states of America. It was absolutely fantastic. Philip and David couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful- fountains of knowledge and always happy to help. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was second to none.

You just can't imagine the better place to stay. Phillip and David are wonderful hosts. I arrived extremely late and even at that time Phillip just explained me how everything works, what are the best places to visit and eat. The rooms are just charming and big at excellent value.

You couldn't find a better place to stay, Phillip and David are the best, and help you get the most out of your trip. Your close to the streetcars and you can walk to the Quarter and Frenchman's St. for some great music. And if you just want to kick back you'll find some great restaurants within a block. My wife and I are already planing our next trip back to New Orleans and this is where we'll stay.

While Royal Street Courtyard is a little off the beaten path, it is one of the best B&b's we've stayed at. Phillip and David make sure you see the real New Orleans not just the tourist traps of Bourbon Street. Phillip recommended restaurants and jazz clubs that we would have never have found and if we did find them we would have never gone in. David had amazing stories of New Orleans post Katrina. It's a short walk from the French Quarter and the Street Cars. Frenchman Street is a couple of blocks away with great jazz clubs and amazing restaurants. When we visit New Orleans again there will be no discussion where to stay...it will be the Royal Street Courtyard B&B.
