We had a fantastic stay at Patrick & Karma's B & B for our 25th Anniversary. What a romatic B & B and city to spend a special anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite of their wonderful breakfasts, including the special Bananas Foster Waffles. Their home is decorated with beautiful antiques with all the modern conveniences included. Patrick will key you in on where to go for site-seeing, dinner (because you do not need lunch!), and where to find the music. We loved it! There are several outstanding points to make about Ashtons B&B. The top of the list is Patrick's gourmet breakfasts! Both Patrick and Carma were very warm and welcomed us into their home making us feel very comfortable. Their staff, Caroline, was also very gracious towards us. We really appreciated the open snack bar and refreshments. They told us many interesting things about the town and what to do. Parking is gated which made us feel more secure about our car and belongings. We chose a room off the main building because we felt it would be more secluded and it was. My only suggestion to improve our room would be to upgrade the art and improve the chairs. We had two straight back chairs that weren't conducive to sitting, however we didn't spend a lot of time in our room sitting around. Everything was very clean, and we definitely would return.

This B&B is absolutely Beautiful, all the old charm, ornate details of this home are amazing, from the second you walk through door you can't help but smile and point at all the different little things. I chose the Ashton based on reviews and was "tickled" when we arrived! We stayed Christmas weekend, and it was so nice, welcoming and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, the inn keepers and staff are super friendly! The room was cozy, warm and the bed and sheets alone are worth the stay, every morning we were greeted by the biggest smile from the house keeping lady, she was the sweetest!! We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Christmas decor!

Excellent food, comfortable room, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying here
