Rosie and David were perfect hosts from start to finish. They shared their interesting lives, their knowledge of New Orleans, their impecable hospitality and great food!!!! Thanks for the memories and especially for the intoduction to that great Praline Pecan Liquer!!!! Grandma don't serve that!!!!

This was our first trip to New Orleans and our first stay in a B & B. Located on a quiet and beautiful street, her home was very inviting and comfortable. Rosie was so hospitable and did so much to take care of us!! She did everything from give us a brief tour of the town upon our arrival, to giving suggestions for dinner, and making sure breakfast was exactly how we liked it each morning. And while on the subject of breakfast...her cooking was so delicious each and every morning--we were definitely impressed and never hungry!! We even suggested she open her own restaurant!! At night, the kitchen stayed open for us to grab a slice of her homeade apple pie or anything else that we wanted. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very cozy. When it was time to leave, we felt like we were leaving family members--words just can't express the wonderful time we had in New Orleans and a HUGE part of that was because of Rosewood. Even now, we keep in touch with Rosie via email--she is like a second mother!!

This was my second trip to Rosewood. Because of the hectic pace that my life is in, I need a place to unwind and rejuvenate. This is the perfect place. At Rosewood I was able to relax and enjoy the 5 course breakfast and sit around the pool and read. I got something more out of this trip to Rosewood than I expected. I got the feeling that I was part of the family. I'll be back to Rosewood as often as I can in the future.

My husband and I were taken under Rosie's wing during our WAY too short time in New Orleans. Rosie's B&B is fantastic, the room, bed and food were beautiful, comfortable and delicious. As if this wasnt enough, Rosie was so generous with her imtimate knowledge of the city and the State! We loved it!
