“Great Location & Great Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012 via mobile

I've now stayed in this hotel 4 times. Every time meets or exceeds my expectations. What's even more impressive is when I provided feedback to the manager on how they could improve the executive lounge, he immediately followed up on my suggestions. Wow! Now that's customer service.
The neighborhood is full of great restaurants all within walking distance. Bourbon street is just far enough away so you're not there... But close enough to walk.
Great service and what-you-expect quality rooms from Marriott.

“Just okay”

Not too excited to pay the amount we did for this hotel, although we booked on a weekend with a lot going on in town. The worst things is that we didn't know there was no parking for hotel guests (valet was a crazy amount I wasn't going to pay). The room was nothing special I could have paid half for a better sized room, with FREE continental breakfast. I will book farther in advanced next time to get more value and less money.

“NO one needs in-servicing on customer service here!”

Although the valet was 33/day, it was worth it. The front desk attendants were amazing. The rooms very modern, comfy, CLEAN and up to date, the restaurant is cozy, French Quarter was close, elegant, and the people go above and beyond. On our mobile we just went to browser it opens up a link for marriott platform service and u click on free internet for one day. You have to do it once everyday in the hotel but who cares as long as its free. We asked if they had coffee when we checked in late in the bar area and they told us they were closing but wud absolutely make a fresh pot for us COMPLEMENTARY. They brought a carafe over, and we just sat drinking & people watching outside as they cleaned up. Very personable and the setting was beautiful. The roof top pool/spa ,modern lounge chaises were gorgeous. We have been back several times now and will not go any place else.

“Very nice hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for only one night on our recent vacation to New Orleans. The hotel is in a nice, safe and quiet location in the city. It it beautiful and well appointed. The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was also very clean and adequate in size for two people. The bed was very comfortable with the sheets being very soft and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

“Nice artwork, close to cruise ship port”

This hotel's location in a revitalized warehouse district filled with art shops and restaurants. You are one block away from Emeril Lagasse's restaurant and about a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter. The hotel is filled with its own modern and local artwork collection. Rooms are clean and well appointed. If your stay is pre or post cruise you could walk to the the cruise ship terminal. There is well equipped gym and a small pool on the roof. We had a pleasant stay and would return.
