I only got to spend one night at the Iberville Suites, but found the room and service to be very good. Being associated with the Ritz-Carleton next door, I could tell that comfort, convenience and satisfaction were top priority. Location is very near Bourbon Street.

The perfect place to stay to enjoy New Orleans. If you want to be in the French Quarter and have a quiet place to sleep, the Iberville Suites is the perfect place. One block from Bourbon street and one block from Canal.

A shadow of your former self. Last stayed here before Katrina. At one time was an excellent place to stay at a great price. Not so much anymore. Still a great location and the staff does the best they can with what they have. But the pleasant and helpful staff could not overcome old carpets, wall moulding held on by tape, stained and scuffed walls, rooms with outdated tv's and bathroom fixtures. Room lighting was dim and only made things that much more dreary. Still reasonably priced but no bargain. You now really get only what you pay for.

I am shocked this property share a building, spa, etc with the Ritz Carlton. With moderately high expectations, I found myself in a worn, dusty room with poor quality furnishings and linens. When I spoke to the front desk and complained about the state of the room, she said they were getting ready to renovate and offered to move me. My second room had newer furniture, but was so dusty, I could wipe my finger across the headboard and nightstand and leave a visible trail. I even called the Ritz to see if I could move over there since the front desk said the Ritz owned Iberville too (explaining the shared amenities). But the Ritz claimed they no longer owned it. Not sure what is going on here in terms of management, but I would not stay here again unless there was a total makeover. Plenty of cleaner properties for the same price in NOLA.
