Loved the concierge and staff. Paul R is the man! Lots of fun.

We stayed for 3 nights before going on a cruise on the Voyager of the Seas.
Hotel was great. Just outside the French Quarter, so a bit quieter at night, but very close by.
Great room and very clean. Concierge staff, especially Tyler & Danny, were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and their recommedations and suggestions were just right.
The Acura was available when needed and thanks to Paul for driving us around.
As for New Orleans........we love you and can't wait to return, but it's not that simple for us Brits. Just wish we'd stayed longer!

I visited New Orleans with two colleagues who had flown in from Kiev.
We just had a fantastic time. Great food, even better cocktails and good rooms.
The atmosphere in the hotel is...vibrant. Loud, brash and lots of fun. It makes the stay so different from nearly all hotels I have stayed in.

Don't go if yo are looking for a quiet time, you will not get it in this property.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the W. We have never stayed at a W before so didnt know what to expect. We found that the staff from the valet attendants, bellboys, front desk, and restaurant staff were outstanding in every way! It actually was a surprise. We have never had that consistent professional service in our many years of travel. Though it is going to be unfair to those staff members whose name we dont recall, we would especially like to thank Hayward, our bellhop who took such good care of us. You can rest assured that when we return to New Orleans we will be staying here, and will be staying at W at other locations as well.
