A neighborhood feel with world class hospitality welcomes you to the vibrant personality of New Orleans. We were introduced to this special place by our friends from Europe who have returned to the Chimes for Jazz Fest for a number of years. We joined them in 2011 to experience the music together, and explore the rich culture of New Orleans. Jill, who is one of the owners of the B&B greeted us like we were old friends visiting for Sunday Dinner. There was an absence of turkey aromas, but there are Chimes just beyond the entrance to the courtyard. Our room was well equipped with all the amenities down to the candy jar, which was a nice touch. It was immaculate with interesting decor that welcomed the sun in the morning, highlighting the interesting accents of the room. While we might have missed the turkey, the Breakfast certainly did not dissapoint. The smell of local coffee brewing in the kitchen invited our attention along with the varied and plentiful breakfast selections arranged on a beautifully large dining table. Seated were several of the guests, representing a small league of nations. They welcomed us like family as Jill continued to facilitate interesting and lively discussion that took us to many places. The whole experience was great!
