I stayed at this hotel while in town for a business meeting. I was there for 3 nights. The property is alright - it is a little dated looking, but generally clean.
There's a breakfast buffet that was pretty good. I liked the coffee especially. In the evenings they have free drinks (I think just wine and beer) and snacks. They do limit the drinks for each person, so no one goes overboard.
The room was clean and quiet. I could hear a few bumps and toilet flushes but that's it. They are going with the trend of having two sheets and a duvet for the bed linens, which I personally do not like. I'm either too hot or too cold. The room was equipped nicely with iron, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave, TV, wireless internet (free). I wished there were a few more outlets for charging all my gadgets.
I checked out the exercise room and it was tiny and cramped. They put a mirror on the one wall to make it seem bigger. There is a stationary bike, a treadmill, and an elliptical. I didn't use the equipment, so I don't know how good it works. It looked like good quality equipment.
The staff was very polite and professional. The room was cleaned nicely each day. The shower was a good forcefulness.
Overall, I think it's a good place to stay. Definitely not luxury, but adequate, clean, and safe.
