I stay at this hotel multiple times a year. Never once had a bad experience. The staff here is truly amazing and I am grateful to be able to stay here so frequently.

We stayed at this hotel as part of their "Experience Madison" Package. We upgraded to the club level and found that every ammenity was worth the upgrade. We enjoyed the club lounge and met some wonderful people there. We received a great welcome gift, complete with a couple beers from a local brewery, and a gift certificate to use at the Capital Chophouse for dinner, which was one of the best meals I have ever had. The shuttle service was very prompt and the drivers were great. The breakfast in the morning in their restaurant was excellent and all of their staff (from the front desk, to the bar tenders and wait staff) were all so friendly and did everything they could to make sure you were enjoying your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Madison area, I know we look forward to staying here again.

It's so nice when your on the road to find a hotel that treats you like family. They go out of their way to make my stays wonderful. I won't stay anywhere else!! The food in the restrauant is so good I don't go anywhere else to eat. When in Madison stay at the Sheraton!!

They invested in a surface remodel and it shows but you can't hide an old building.... Random smells clogged sink & tub, randomly running  toilet and old towels mixed in with the new.  Biz traveler for 1 night u will do ok, service was good and have the cool living room with computer stations on lobby floor. Free internet, No parking fee and bar restaurant on site
