I got a deal, saving 33% on my bill each day, however getting that rate to be correct when they took the money from my checking account was HORRIBLE! They took it wrong, then refunded me. Then when I checked out, their computers took the wrong amount again, causing me to have multiple overdrafts, which they would not reimburse. It was their fault, and I got nowhere with the manager or Super 8.

We went to the hotel and were greeted by very nice employees. The outside of the building, as well as the inside was very clean. The rooms were spacious and fine for staying a weekend in Madison. The beds were a little hard, but they didn't keep me from sleeping. Overall, it wasn't a bad deal for the price.

Breakfast was adequate.
Checked my debit card next day and found a $25 fee added to my stay. When I called to question it, I was told it was a "Pending" charge and that it would be taken off my bill within 24 hours. Had I not checked my card, I doubt it would have been taken off. Actually, I will confirm tomorrow that it indeed has been removed.

Room was clean, although the hallway had a musty smell. Clean outdoor pool. Standard Super 8 breakfast.
