If you want to get lost from the outside world for a few days, this is as good a place as any to go to. No internet or TV to speak of, but a beautiful setting at the doorstep of the Canyon of the Ancients. Plenty of Anasazi ruins to hike to among the alcoves & cliffs that the Southwest is famous for. In addition to the sites on or close by Kelly Place itself, the Sand Canyon trail head is just two miles down the road and Hovenweep is just a short drive away. It's not as posh as some, but the scenery, courtyard, & balconies make sitting outside very pleasurable. If you're lucky enough, you're there when experts on the area's history & culture present free evening programs. If you must run off to civilization, the town of Cortez is only 10 miles (and a world) away. In addition, a very respectable winery is halfway between the two. We stayed four nights, had a great time, & plan on returning in the future.
