the pictures were very misleading. the "lounge" is a thirty year old bar attached by a doorway with no bathroom of it's own - go back into the hotel. the 'restaurant' closes at 2:00 p.m. and doesn't resemble the picture by any stretch of the imagination and by the cleanliness of the rest of the place i vote no. extremely noisy - both traffic and people in rooms. i feel sorry for the people that run it because they are really nice! that's the only good thing i can say.

Upon arrival on a business trip with 8 other colleagues, reservations were incorrect. Elevator broken and previous bugs had not yet vacated the premises. Psycho clock set for wake up at 5 am went off at 3 am flashing 5:00. Went to our vehicles for early meeting to find that one (brand new) of our trucks had been broken into and stripped. Three other vehicles were also vandalized and robbed. Never again will we stay here.

customer services was terrible, employee had an attitude and refuse to assist/i was told to assist myself and to take my own trash to the dumpster. my husband and i refuse to let anyone or anything to ruin our anniversary. if only word could express, it was terrible. i did call in an complaint. we had to go and get our own towels and we were also told there was no one working to assist us. (no maid services or housekeeping). one other thing the rooms we got looks nothing like what i saw on the internet. please be not deceived. it was terrible i can't express this enough. i wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this hotel. we were on the third floor and the elevator went out. it was too hot to be climbing stairs, it was terrible. from memphis tennessee

the kids had a blast in the pool. Slide & waterfall was so much fun & we even liked it. The hotel was very old & needs to be remodeled. The elevator smelt musty & quit working while we were there so we used stairs. Room wasn't that clean & bathroom was very nasty. The neighborhood wasn't too good b/c we seen at least 3 homeless people digging in the trash.
