Horrible, old, broken elevator, questionable staff. When we discovered it was NOT somewhere I would feel safe staying we asked to cancel. No money back. Would not even cancel 2nd night. We ate the cost but was worth not having nightmares staying there.

Still undergoing remodel, the staff went the extra mile to assure our comfort and needs were met. A boutique hotel with much personality. We asked the front desk for guidance in finding a real Arkansas ham to take home and she gave us the address and phone number for a smokehouse about 20 miles away for our purpose. The main elevator was under repair but the staff accommodated us with multiple trips in the old freight elevator for our dogs potty breaks. Any return trip to Hot Springs for us will include a stay at the Park Hotel.

We stayed here in the past. The shower was old and dark, you couldn't see to take a shower. There were lady bugs all over the place. The walls were so thin you could hear the unmentionable activity going on next door. There was suppose to be a continental breakfast; however, it just consisted of some bear claws pastries still in the wrapper and coffee (I think they used them to stock their snack machine), and you had to get there early to get one. Why won't they update this hotel? It could be a real gem. Stay at the Springs hotel, it is much nicer and the price is not bad.

We went to hotspring in May and stayed here for two nights. The hotel is an old buidling with old AC system and old furnitures. The carpet is also a little dirty. Mattress is a little old, but at least blanket is clean. The room is not in a good quality, but since the price is much more reasonable than the overpriced hotels next to it, it is still an acceptable room.

The good thing is that the hotel is in a very nice location, about 5 mintues walk to the bathhouse road. So we can park our car in the hotel parking and walk to any place we want to visit. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. If you just want to find a place to stay and don't need an expensive highend hotel room, this might be a good choice for you.
