We were very pleased with our room. The king bed was comfortable, and the room was updated and very clean. We had a desk, a couch and lots of room during our very pleasant stay. The front desk couldn't have been more helpful. The only negative was we booked on Hotwire and paid $20 more than we would have paid for our 2 night stay had we paid the quoted price when we called (even with tax and fees). We stay in a lot of hotels...this is really a 3 star! Very nice!!!

The air conditioner was not cooling the room it was so uncomfortable in the room my family and I could not sleep. I called the front desk twice and the second time the front desk operator said there was nothing she could do.

My husband and I brought our 3 year old daughter to have a mini vacation away from home. This hotel is under construction, and had I know that, I would not have reserved my room online before coming here!!!!!! When we drove up that night, no lights were on in parking lot or they were very dim and it didn't even look like the hotel was even open (was an old holiday inn express). Then when we got here there was some family reunion going on that were a bunch of thugs hanging out in the front and lobby and parking lot, and hotel staff didn't seem concerned. A security guard had even walked by to say something about arresting someone. They were all out front drinking alcohol and I didn't feel like my car was safe. The hotel staff looked very unprofessional with belly showing and untucked shirt with very dirty tennis shoes. The room air was turned off so it was hot when we first got into room. The TV kept buzzing..... It's pretty old. The rooms looked like they were just painted but by a very inexperienced painter. Paint all over the ceilings! I can do better than that!!!! I was in room 410. Not a good hotel. I'm paying 109/night and they should have mentioned it was under construction or lowered the price! Who wants to walk in to a bunch of thugs with a lobby that makes the hotel looked closed while you are trying to have a little vacation????

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. We received an emergency phone call on Sunday morning of our stay so checked out in a hurry. Upon returning home I discovered I had left my new coat in the room. I made numerous phone calls trying to get an answer on whether my coat had been turned in by housekeeping. Finally talked to the hotel manager, Mr Patel, who told me he would send me a $75 giftcard to cover my loss. To date I still have not received the giftcard. I have called the hotel and left messages asking the manager (Mr. Patel) to call me. He can't even return my phone call so why should I expect to receive the giftcard
