My wife and I have not stayed at many B&B's, but this one was far and away the best ever. Everything was more than expected. Beginning with the greeting and introduction to the best sights and restaurants in town. We stayed in the Nook. The room was on the small side but more than sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was very large and amenities were again more than expected with bath robes and beach towels for the hot tub. The room was refreshed each day. Breakfasts were outstanding and more than ample. Downtown was an easy walk away. We stayed the weekend of November 19, 2011. Thanks to the helpful tips from Janine, we were able to comfortably enjoy the opening weekend of the lights at Garvin Woodland Gardens-a must see during the holidays. The house was beatifully furnished. A must stay.

What a magnificent place to stay in Hot Springs! This historic 1880 house has been completely renovated with beautiful interior decor. The house was impeccably clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets provided. The B & B is located a few minutes from Bathhouse Row and several restaurants. The hot breakfasts were delicious with gourmet hot tea and cookies available throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Much of the charm of Hot Springs lies in its history. Staying at Prospect Place allows you to experience the history more deeply. The historic three story victorian home is in excellent condition and very well maintained. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and so peaceful. There is a pond with koi, a waterfall, and a hot tub. The back of the property abuts national park land. Janine and Danny are great hosts ready to provide you with any information you need about the area. Breakfasts are fresh and filling with attention to any dietary restrictions. Words just cannot convey how nice this B&B is. We wished our stay would never end. So if you don't have strong will power, be careful! :) P.S. We'll be back!

We had a great weekend at Prospect Place. We go to Hot springs quite often for golf outings and the spring horse races at Oaklawn park. Normally we stay in a local hotel, but decided to try a B&B this weekend and it was the right decision. The house is lovely and historical. The owners Danny and Janine are awesome and very knowledgeable about the areas history and what to do during your visit. You cant go wrong staying at Prospect Place and the breakfasts are great.
