Everything was great about this place EXCEPT it was so smoky from cigarette smoke I had to pull the sheets over my face to sleep. My pajamas stunk from smoke and I had to wash them before using again. Recommend that the owners and others smoke outside only.

Visiting my partner's family in Chillicothe, Ohio back in May we stayed - on family recommendation - at Victoria Manor B&B. What an absolutely delightful break it was - Kathryn & Mike are such nice people and there seems nothing they are not prepared to do or provide to ensure that their guests enjoy their stay with them.

Victoria Manor is a beautiful old house set in lovely grounds that Mike works hard to maintain in excellent condition - just to sit in their gardens and enjoy the flowers and the birds and wild life is an absolute treat. The house is a delightful mix of the very traditional (plenty of floral and colourful decorations) and high tech (Mike clearly enjoyed installing music systems and a hot tub - which is available to guests 24/7). It is immaculately clean and you had better ensure you are hungry to enjoy the magnificent breakfasts your hosts will take pleasure serving you.

We highly recommend this excellent hostelry. One small note of caution - if you suffer with vertigo you may find the beds rather high!

The location ,the beautiful rooms, breath taking gardens and the most wonderful breakfast. It was such a perfect place to stay at, I felt so comfortable and the hosts Mike and Kathryn made us feel right at home. Mike even let us play with the 5 week old pups out in the gardens. so cute! Little poodle pups and I nicknamed the mom Snowball because she is pure white. we took lots of pictures to remember such a lovely place and will be mailing some to our wonderful hosts. Thanks and did I tell you about the pancakes? YUMMY! The Best!

Was one of the best travel experiences we have had. Mike and Kathryn are the best hosts. The property is charming and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and linens very soft and comfy.
Amazing to feel very secluded but right off the edge of town. We were traveling with friends and made new ones at Vicoria Manor. Had many laughs with Mike and Kathryn and the food was great. Thanks for a wonderful experience
