This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. They make every effort to get an english speaking staff member whenever needed. The hotel is very close to the train station. The taxi service is also available at the door. There is a nice shopping center called Nagasakiya very close to the hotel. The only drawback that i noticed was that there was no fitness center at the hotel. However, if you need to use one there is a well equipped fitness center on the 5th floor of the convention center which is right next door. It costs less than 5 dollars to use it for a day.
