My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our way to Minnesota on the night before Thanksgiving. We had a late arrival (around 11 PM) and there was no one at the desk when we arrived. Working at a hotel, I understand that costs don't allow for extra personnel, so we were fine waiting a few minutes for the front desk clerk to arrive. When she did arrive, she wasn't extremely happy to see us and was on the brink of being curt. We had a swift check in thankfully and were sent to our rooms. The room was nice for the price that we paid (through Priceline- awesome!). However, like the other reviews mentioned, the room is showing some signs of age- the carpet was tearing away from the trim around the bathroom door, and the bathtub/shower needs re-caulking and the door frame to the bathroom looked like it was falling off. The breakfast was awesome- we're suckers for fresh hot waffles. The ladies in the breakfast area were kind, clean and efficient. The lady who checked us out was friendly as well. Overall, it was a good experience that served its purpose of a good night's sleep.
