We just got back from this villa recently, 4 member of our group all got diarrhea by eating the breakfast cooked by their staff. For the whole time we were there, we did not see any other guest beside our group ( 15 people).
I believe initially this is a lovely place, but were not very well keep, pool in our unit (107) is dirty, dish has a layer of dust, many critters on the floor, and I must have killed 10 centipedes in one night. There are more bugs in bath room. All reported shower problem, no hot water or water suddenly hot and cold.
On the way to the villa is like a roller coaster ride, the road is so bad I am sure we are going to flip over and there is absolute no scenery at all.

from the first second we " tried " to get into the door of this place it was just one disaster after another .
1st the lock wouldnt open , then when we finally got that fixed , the safe didnt work !
we went to have a swim in the private pool and it was dirty and mirky. ( we got the 2 bedroom lumbung room )
the upstairs bathroom leaked all down the wall into to pool area down stairs . Due to the fact that the shower faces out of the bath and with no shower curtain , you cant help but flood the bathroom . slippery and dangerous in itself !
the bamboo roofing under the bathroom was rotten and falling .
there was mould and cobwebs everywhere in the room.
the staircase has a severe case of wood rott , there has been an attemt to fix it , but they move and bow when walking up them as does the floor upstairs bounce under your feet .
the netting around the bed was putrid & didnt fit and so rendered useless to the gazillion mozzies that where in the room.
when we went to lock the front door from the inside , the lock was missing.
trying to get across to the staff of our problems , was a problem in itself , very broken english was only spoken.
this place is in the middle of no-where , not even taxi drivers had herd of it .
in all fairness , it was probably a beautifull place in its first days , wether it has been just let go , who knows , but i really do not recommend this villa to anyone.
we thought we had 2 nights booked , but only to find out they only had us booked in for 1 night , which was fine by me , i couldnt wait to get out of the [--] whole .......for the price they charge , they should be ashamed of themselves , it might have been worth that much in its hayday , but now ide rather go and stay at a 2* hotel and probably get better value for money .
all i can say is ... steer clear of this villa ...its a disgusting ripoff !
