We had a picnic on 9-11 September 2011 of 20 senior citizens of Dadar Matunga cultural Centre to this place after getting information on net and talking to the people there and their office in Mumbai. We had exchanged lot of emails to confirm all our requirements.On previous day we were informed that the management of the resort has changed and our deposit was refunded and were informed that new management will honour all confirmations.

On reaching there we came to know that the management has changed hands thrice in last two years .What was seen in the pictures on net was different there. The rooms were allotted and to our surprise in the evening we noticed that rooms had not been cleaned properly, door fittings, light & fan switches were not opearting, A/C was working with cold blast with remote showing temp. 23 without change actualy. There were cockroaches in room, for double room only 1 bedsheet and blanket was provided. swimming pool was good but raindance as promised was not working.

Next day morning we brought all these to their notice and demanded for refund for a day which was not given and we had to continue with some arrangements made to clean rooms and attend to some of our points. The only solace was that breakfast and food was good to our taste and our other commitments were honoured like conference room without extra cost.

It is better not to believe what you see on net but confirm actualy if possible before reaching

the place is dirty like hell...
The dining table cloths are never cleaned. I am sure the stains left in first visit can be seen in the next visit (if at all one plans it)

telepnone / room extn lines broken. sorry state of room service
If you book through some travel sites be ready for a cold welcome. You shall be given the most dirty room.
Rains have washed away the road to the hotel. So be ready for a circus to reach to the hotel

Experience was very very bad with sky blue resort. We found Mismanagement. We ordered food, it takes 1 hour to serve food.. and the important thing is that we had booked through Cleartrip. when we go there, we asked them for room from where swimming pool view appear.. they told us that we had booked through so we can't give you that room. they thought that Clear trip providing very cheap trip.
They ppl play loud music full day.if ppl go there to enjoy weekend at calm place, so i would never suggest ppl to go there.

Food was good.

Guys this is the worst experience of stay in my life, I have visited this resort in First week of June and I must say that service is poor , The rooms were submitted without any checks, No soaps,AC not working proper. Every thing that's needed the staff needs to be reminded at least thrice, They have restaurant but very limited option, they don't serve everything that is mentioned in their menu, Swimming pool is dirty and rain dance that is not operational, Gym under maintenance, No proper parking facility and the worst part is the road, it has big steep which makes difficult for any experience driver to drive creating a big danger for visitors, I heard everyone making this complaint, So once you are in the resort you will think of going out because of the road, I am totally dissatisfied.
