I am staying at the hotel at present while I write this review. The good thing is it looks exactly as advertised on the website: a grand, neat, clean palace like appearance. It's quiet, comfortable and overall, quite impressive. The downside is that if you don't opt for meals, you will have no option after late night. Overall, I am enjoying the place (at 4K per night, it's a little overpriced though but so are all Lonavala hotels). Thumbs up.

good decent hotel, close location to lonavala main market and bus stand. the royal architecture does not suit the surroundings of the hotel, but is a welcome sight to the eyes. the rooms are a little small for the price they are charging. food is too expensive- better to eat in RK, annapurna. the small but nice pool and play area is good.

Excellent family place. Huge area - good rooms, neat and clean, great service, excelent and yummy food. nice little pool and play area for kids is good.

i had posted my review on the website about the unhygienic condition of the hotel kitchen, after reading my review the hotel management took the action very seriously.
i was invited to the hotel to stay again and see the change in the hotel after my review. this time i really enjoyed the service and the room. the kitchen was perfectly cleaned up and the food was awesome.
i thank the hotel management personally for taking my review so much in consideration and improving their service.
this time we had one of the best memories of lonavala in this hotel.
When the management is so responsive to your complaints, i cant suggest a better way to get back the customer one has lost in the past.
