we stayed at hotel gautam in july 2011. looks like a nice property from outside. but when we were given room no.212 we found that the room was shabby and smelling damp. i was given this room for triple sharing @ rs 5000. the hotel has a swimming pool which is poorly maintained because of heavy rush.
though food might taste good, but please dont go and see the kitchen. you will feel like the most unhygienic place on planet earth. Non-the-less i got a BIG DEAD ANT(MAKODA) in my morning breakfast, after complaining to the restaurant manager what he did was just changed my plates and started filling in my plate from the same container from which i found the dead ant, i was looking at him in shock!!!
this hotel needs to refurnish its interiors and make the kitchen hygienic. The two stars i have given is for the room staff, and hotel location ie near to the main road.
