I was travelling on my 01st wedding anniversary to the Machan & Camop Canopy. I had booked the camp canopy. Sanat & Geeta were very warn and helpful during the entire reservation process. Once I had the driving instructions mailed to me, it was easy to find the Machan (mind you... there are no signages that would lead you there. So please carry the driving directions which is given to you when you book).

The staff at the property were extremely warm and made me feel at home. Oscar was brilliant with the property show around and explaining the concept of the Machan.
The food was cooked home-style... great food. Knowing that it was a special day for me, the staff surprised me with organising the lunch in the woods. It was a very unique experience.

The camp canopy accomodation was unique and very comfortable. The owners have ensured that they have taken care of the minutest of details. The view was outstanding. The linen smelled fresh, good toiletries on offer. Outstanding view !

The evening trek was good. A guide took us around for a short trek and left us at the sunset point.

Dinner by the fire place was very relaxing. They organize star gazing sessions in the evening.

It’s been an unforgettable experience here at The Machan. The staff feels more like family and the place is just like a home (not even feels like a second home). The entire team is just fab. Loved it and will be back soon to stay at the Machan.

The place is good and the hospitality is really good. The Best place for Nature lovers. Also a place which is far away from the city crowd, noise & pollution. We will definitely love to visit this place “again”!

This was our second visit to the machan and we loved every minute of it.
Ours was a family break and as soon as we entered the machan, the Glass house reminded my aunt of the amazing homes ditty. One should go there with people you know well enough so that night clothes are all ok as the place has 3 flowing rooms with not too many partitions. Along with absolutely the best views one can get anywhere near mumbai, we slept counting stars and woke up to a beautiful sunrise surrounded by the jungle. In fact as its 4 sided glass one doesn't need to go out to nature but nature come in to you, though we did the nature trail in the evening, had our lunch in a little wooded area set up with everything we would need surrounded by whispering ( not willows but) trees. The service is great they went out of their way and met every one of our requests, met the owners and they were really nice people with the guts to follow a lot of what most of us dream of doing.
Just the ideal place to rejuvenate and forget the concrete of mumbai and soak in all the greenery, kudos to the Machan :)

Being at “The Machan” was an outstanding experience and it’s very difficult to put it in words.

The service levels are marvellous and the staff is very professional & passionate in what they do.

The concept and execution put us all in awe. We were in the midst of Nature yet in luxurious environment.

The stay was priceless and will be remembered forever.
