This was my 3rd time to this place in last 3 months ... i am organizing conference from last 3 months at this place & i find that these people are rigid and take guest as granted. First of all they are most expensive and each and every small thinks they will say extra charge, they also charge 5% extra for service charges which is very poor. No doubt the location is too good the room or cottages are nice, food quality is also good no complains on this side.
1st time experience = Very Good
2nd time experience = Good
3rd time experience = Bad
So finally I have decided now if I have to plan again for some conference to this place I have to think twice.

I visited Upper Deck with a group of friends over a weekend, and it was an awesome experience. Situated on Hill top, it gives you a wonderful view. The Service was amazing and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean. The food was very delicious, couldn’t ask for more. All in all, it was a memorable stay, and I would surely visit Upper Deck again.

Overall, it was an excellent place to relax and we enjoyed each and every moment of our stay. The food quality was also of very good quality. The staff was very courteous and service quality was equally good.

In short my visit to Upper Deck in Lonavala was a shocker, having traveled to Lonavala many a times I had never heard of the Upper Deck resort till I recently visited this amazing resort on a business trip.Having stayed in almost all the resorts and hotels in Lonavala Upper Deck by far has and probably will be my most memorable stay in Lonavala all thanks to Mr Kadri who I guess is the F&B manager out there. Excellent service,clean rooms,delicious food & amazing hospitality.
