“Great Resort Just don't deal with Linda the concierge!”

Nice facilites. Very clean and comfortable and they thought of a cook when they supplied the kitchen. Adult spa stays open til late, I believe midnight, which is nice. The only problem we had was with the concierge, Linda, who prides herself with being there from the "begining", which is only under a few years. If they are smart they will get rid of her. She cannot be trusted. She told us we could not do a trip on our own with our 4 wheel drive so we purchased an expensive trip from her. It was over $200/person. We found out later that anyone can drive down that road for a mere $17/person! She gave us a reciept for $189 and took our Visa to be charged. Later into the trip we had to sign for $209 which we had been charged! To make matters worse neither the resort manager or sales manager did anything about it. So just do not trust them. Buy your trips somewhere else.
