Sterling Lonawala Resort is a decent property... they have just recently updated the resort with some work... the rooms are neat and nice for an overnight stay... The staff is very polite and service is also fast.... the food is decent... They do have some games in the evening for guests which are fun...

the most terrible experience so far with any hotels. this is one of the worst resorts with most arrogant people. be prepared to face power cuts, this hotel staff cleverly shuts off the generator post 12am (midnight) and then you need to face the music and sleep without fan / air conditioner. The food is equally pathetic... for breakfast which is complimentary with package, absolutely nothing was hot when served !

the rates are as good as 3star and the facilities provided are as pathetic as a local lodge, very badly maintained, shady place.

We visited Mayur on Sep-26-28, to be very honest I was a bit sceptical, but when we saw the property and the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are neat and tidy, bathrooms decent and well maintained. The hotel needs a little bit of touch up but the courteous staff makes up for it. The food was excellent and our stay overall was very comfortable. Good Job!

Recently, went and stayed here with one of my friends. Rooms wree decent, AC and TV were all working. Bathrrom too was clean, which is always a first check point for most. The swimming pool is quite small and not well maintained, we could see a toad swimming in it. Room service was okay. The most enjoyable part was evenings, where they had karaoke, games, family events. Food was quite decent. The location is good and if you want a sudden short and cheap outing, can vouch for this place.
