Owned by the developer of China Commodity City thus this hotel is part of CCC, right next to zone 2 entrance. The standard of hotel is high, definitely not chained motel as its name suggested. I heard about some rooms have no windows, definitely avoid that.

I do like my stay in this hotel. All the staff is friendly, and one manager named grace is helpful and willing. She let me feel just stay at my own home. I will stay visit this hotel in ther future.

As a westerner living in China, you get to see some great hotels and some really terrible hotels.This one sits in the very good pile. As others have mentioned, no one really goes to YiWu for anything other than business, and this hotels' location makes it perfect for that. Its a 5 minute walk to the markets. The staff are polite and attentive, the rooms are very clean and modern, but inportantly - the beds are soft, not like some of the "boards" you get in more local "Chinese" hotels. For the money you will pay for this hotel, it really is a good option. Also, because YiWu has such a large Indian, Turkish and Arabian population, there is a welcome chance to experience these cuisines near to the hotel. Breakfast is quite well catered for, with many choices both western and asian. There are very small things you could pick at, but all in all, I found this hotel a good experience. I satyed there twice in June 2011 and will go back again.

If you've been in China awhile, and are tired of Chinese food, this hotel has a pretty good Western restaurant. Besides that the rooms are nice. Make sure to book on the business floors. Location to market couldn't be better.
