This is my 2nd business trip of the month to this Wyndham. I will say that the next hotel I stay in won't be the Wyndham.
The only positive about my stay here was Ryan at the front desk. He was helpful, friendly, and he called me by my first name all the time. He gave me my choice of floor or room this time because the last time I was on the first floor facing the freeway and it was very loud. This time, I was on the 3rd floor and faced the back. Very quiet.
Each day there was something negative that made my stay a very unfortunate one. Monday - woke up to take my shower and there was no hot water. Hot water was restored by the time I got out of my business meeting (around 5pm). Tuesday - the wireless internet was down throughout the hotel. It was restored late that night. Wednesday - water in the shower was barely warm. When I returned from my business meeting, the key to my room did not work. I went to the front desk for a new one and the replacement didn't work. I had to return to the front desk a total of 4 times before I got a key that worked. Only on my 4th trip did the front desk agent offer to go with me to see if it was a door issue. I was on the 3rd floor, so going up and down 4 times was not something I enjoyed. Thursday - as I was shaving in the bathroom sink, I had the faucet running, and within a minute I looked down to see that my sink water had turned completely brown. Friday - I have had the water running for 20 minutes and there is not hot water at all. I am typing this as I wait for the water to warm up, but as of yet, it has not.
I am very disappointed, and I rarely leave bad remarks or complain. I did notify the front desk each time I had an issue, and they said it would be resolved eventually, but to have an incident each day is a little unacceptable.
