Rooms were clean. Food bar was good. A little run down but still ok. Pool was clean. I would recommend.

Just spent 4 nights in this hotel and were very pleased. Bed was so comfy, iron and ironing board very much appreciated as was the free internet connection. The complimentary breakfast was fine on the days we took advantage of it. Front desk staff very professional both for check in and check out and we were given tips for area dining, which was helpful. The room was very quiet. We were very pleased with this hotel and will definately stay again on our next trip to the area.

Had to book a room last minute in Greensboro and my company's travel agent found this place for a decent rate. Thinking any Hampton Inn is relatively safe, I booked it. Upon arrival, I was very surprised to see the exterior entrances - not typical of a Hampton. Check-in was seamless, but the outside walk to my motel-style room didn't provide the warm, cozy feeling one appreciates when staying at any decent hotel. The room itself was relatively clean. However, at around midnight, my AC unit went on the fritz - the fan wouldn't stay on despite being on the Stay-On setting. So, in addition to the room becoming very hot, I could hear every bit of road noise as the hotel is right off of the expressway. I tried gutting it out for 2 hours but couldn't sleep - so I called the front desk to ask them to put me in another room. Here's where I lost it - no apologies, no sympathy for their facility's lack of maintenance waking me up at 2am and requiring me to pack up my things, walk outside to the front desk, go to the other side of the complex to my new room, and try falling back asleep. Very poor service in my opinion - I get it that I was dealing with a $9/hour kid, but the front desk is the face of your hotel, and Hampton Inn management should make certain their employees are trained in customer service to handle complaints. A simple "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" would have prevented me from writing this negative review.

I checked in to my room and supprisingly it was very clean, Very friendly and well educated staff. They told me about the best places to eat and they were on point. The breakfast gets very crowded.
