I was stuck overnight when AA bumped me off my last flight to DFW. The airline offered me some no name place as a comp but I had remembered seeing the Marriott while driving into the airport. The bus was quick as it's just a couple minute ride to the hotel. The driver was great and friendly.
The hotel is under remodel, so you go in a side door where a Bell Captian is watching over the place. I checked in with Denzel and I must say, this young gentleman was so friendly and got me right to my room. It was SO nice after a long day of getting bumped he was terriffic.
I ended up calling him a few times, once was for a fan for the room. He quickly brought me a great one. I like the noise and airflow and he scored big with me. He then took my room service order....he gave me some great suggestions. So thank you to the manager who hired this guy....you have a winner with him.
The room had been remodeled....and they use FITTED sheets...loved it. Room smelled clean and it was. Bed was great and it was very quiet there.
Again a BIG thanks to Denzel, I know I was probably a pain but you really took care of me and make it a great evening.

This hotel has great service, convenient airport location, clean and attractive rooms and hallways, and comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that they need to redo the pool area bathrooms, preferably with an interior designer advising them. Otherwise the pool itself was large, clean, and had heavenly warm water.

We received the "distressed travelller" rate because my daughter's plane arrived at 2am and I made last minute reservations, plus we also received two free breakfasts due to lthe obby undergoing renovations.

All in all, a first class property which I now refer to as a "hidden gem' in the Triad.

I stayed at this Marriott for five nights on a business trip. The hotel was clean and quiet. There was no airport noise. The rooms at this Marriott are nice. They had wifi in the rooms which was great for both iPad and laptop use for a fee. I utilized room service and the bar/restaurant...both were fine. Also, I had the breakfast buffet every morning in the restaurant. The buffet had a good selection and service....typical hotel price.

This was my second stay at this location and I would stay here again.

Some things to know. This airport hotel is isolated from civilization. It is a good drive to anything....shops, restaurants, gas, etc. Also, I thought the bathroom in my hotel room was very small.

This hotel was comfortable, reasonable, food good, and employees extremely helpful and friendly.
