We had no idea that La Quinta Inns were dog friendly... amazing! We were able to take the pups with us on a weekend getaway. Great hotel for the price... comfortable bed... near many restaurants... staff was very friendly... no issues while there. Would stay again if ever traveling to Greensboro!

Hotel was OK, nothing fancy. Staff was pleasant. Car breakin during night, stole my suitcase and Christmas gifts. Other individuals indicated that this happens with some frequency, and reviews of the Comfort property next door also indicates theft problems. This does not look like a dangerous area, but there appear to be some problems. There is no video surveilance and only one overnight staff member.

Great experience from check in thru check out! Each staff member I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. This was a one night stay; a stopover on a long road trip. It was a bit out of my way, but I try to stay at La Quinta whenever possible because of their pet friendly/no fee policy. It was so worth the few extra miles! The room was clean and spacious. Flat screen TV with decent channel selection. Microwave and mini refrig, desk, loveseat sleeper. Busy area with many restaurant/fast food, shopping options. The hotel even had a room service menu, but I didn't see it until I had returned from eating dinner. Felt safe walking my dogs at night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Came here for a weekend stay in the Tripod area. Check-in staff was impersonal--they were having a conversation about something when I arrived and continued it during check-in--but efficient. King smoking room was large, comfortable and clean; sofa was positioned so that TV could be seen from it. Didn't try the continental breakfast (except for the juice) but it looked somewhat more elaborate than the standard LaQuinta. Many aircrew staying there (it's about 5 miles from the airport). HVAC quiet, hot water hot and plentiful. Good value at $70/ night. Numerous(chain) restaurants nearby and across I-40. Speaking of I-40, although the property is located just off it, there was no traffic noise.
