This is a shining star property!!! I travel for a living and this is by far the best place I have stayed. A full dinner is included along with hot breakfast. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean. The real gem of this place is the staff. Every single employee that I encountered was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here during hurricane Irene. The hotel was nice. It very hot in the hallways and my bathroom door dragged the floor so I couldn't close it, but other than that it was ok. The breakfast was good in the mornings and the beds were comfy. What made our trip was a super nice lady that worked the breakfast area our last morning, Lynne. She was so kind, personable and helpful, so much so, I wanted to mention her on here. She took great care of us that morning.........thanks Lynne!

We had booked a two bedroom suite to share with my sister-in-law and her husband. We were given a one bedroom suite....my sister-in-law and brother-in-law ended up sleeping on a double sofa bed (at their insistence). We were told that the mistake was because we booked through hotels.com and they didn't book the proper room. Bologna! We have been booking hotel rooms online for a long time and have always been given the room we booked. The breakfast almost made up for the horrible service we received. Nothing was done to try and rectify the situation and we stayed in that suite for four nights. The bedroom was so small we could hardly walk around the bed. We will never stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel recently and it was such a nice place. There was a lovely front desk staff, Marissa - who was super friendly and assisted us so much with all the questions she had. I recently moved into the area and needed information about a good mechanic and she found one from her mother. She was very cheerful, energetic and helpful. They also had great breakfast and airport shuttle. Good place to stay. :)

Swimming pool was a bit dirty so that probably requires cleaning, other than that, it was great!
