“A lovely guesthouse in a touristic spot”

Lovely small guesthouse. Food and rooms are very good. Clean, enough space and friendly staff.
The town of Ouzoud was more touristic than I anticipated and therefore we didn't stay more than 1 day. Main attraction are the waterfalls but (oh how spoiled) I have seen better. I was hoping to find a hidden gem but more people had the same idea. Nevertheless, if you still want to go...the guesthouse is probably the best in town (no internet connection in april 2011).

This is a great little Riad once the heating is solved. lol. Hicham is a charming and efficient maitre d'h and Mouloud is an articulate guide. Lots to see, and time to do it. A worthwhile stopover.

“loved this gem of a Riad”

We were booked through Morocco Explored to stay here. We stayed in many places and this was my favorite. The staff was so nice, the location amazing and the rooms very cozy. It was cold outside but we turned on the heater and the room was toasty in about 30 minutes. The food was great and the areas where we ate were beautiful. It is simple and comfortable and a very special place.

“Disappointed with Riad but the Waterfall is beautiful”

There was something lacking in the Riad. Having travelled a bit in Morocco I felt it lacked customer service and a welcome to remember. I know there is a language barrier but I was disappointed. The weather was bad but we still saw the falls and the place is beautiful. I would return to Ouzoud but I would not stay here.

“nice place but be carefull with transport”

Staff is nice but we asked for a taxi for the next morning to Beni-Mellal and when we were getting in the guy from the Riad increased the price by 50 DH.
