Clean, modern hotel. Service was great. Asked for more towels, they were delivered fast and with no questions asked. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free coffee in lobby or Starbucks is also available. Like the title says, great stay at a great hotel!

We've used this hotel on several occasions now. My daughter is a student at the university of Maryland - 3 miles away. Our August stay was for move in weekend at the college. Which also happened to be a hurricane! The hotel lost power and the guests assembled in the lobby where they had limited lighting from backup generators. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They handed out water bottles and set out chips and dip. The manager was always circling the room and making sure everyone was happy. As it got later the manager had the staff set out sandwich platters and salads. We went up to bed around midnight - the power had come on for about an hour but then went out again. Shortly after getting in bed I heard "dripping". Our ceiling was leaking onto the bed! Called the front desk and we were immediately moved to another room on the ground floor. The storm raged on. The following morning we arrived in the lobby to find the manager - and staff - still there- some wearing pajamas- serving Danishes , fruit, and yogurt. Coffee, juices and making sure all hotel guests were again comfortable. The hotel roof had sustained damage from the storm and the manager suited up in rain gear and went up on the roof to access the damage himself.
The way the manager and staff went out of their way for guests truly have you a "second home" feeling. We will not use another hotel when visiting our daughter! The hotel has very reasonable rates and the rooms are newly renovated. If I had to give one negative complaint I'd say the bar prices are a bit high. As with most hotels.

I've stayed at this hotel since it was first built, and I was pleasantly surprised with the recent updating of the lobby and rooms. I like Courtyards for the consistency. WiFi at the Greenbelt location is now included, with a higher bandwidth available for a fee. The free internet service worked fine for me. I used the new Cafe for dinner, and that was very good. Overall, a very good experience. I'd recommend for a business hotel.

I was heading up to Philadelphia for the week And I needed a quick place to lay my head for a few hours.. It's not hard to find and easy to get to..

Like most courtyards you have to pay for breakfast and I don't like that.. Other than that I wouldn't expect anything less than great from a courtyard Marriott property..
