In spite of having a very good breakfast, the rest of the motel doesn't come up to snuff. Two elevators for the entire hotel doesn't cut it. Stairs not helpful either. Rooms were not very good, kind of small. Bathroom was cramped, carpet worn. My window looked out on the employee parking/smoking area and the grease dumpster, so much for mountain views.

Very nice older hotel. Our room was spotless. Electrical outlets were few but typical for this age of hotel. Very small bathroom.

My husband and I were in TN for a weekend get away and was looking forward to relax and see the town. The hotel was in a great location, clean, and had friendly staff that were very helpful. The room was nice but next trip will try getting a room with a different view. The jacuzzi in our room was small so having it in the room won't be a necessity in the future. The hotel had a lot of children there due to football games (which we did not know until we got there) so my husband and I found it quicker and easier to use the stairs due to the children playing on the elevators. Some of the other guest were very rude and didn't even try to control ther kids. Parking was difficult due to have a large truck and trying to fit into the parking spaces. We had to park on the 2nd floor (which said parking for cars) due to all the cars that decided to park on 1st floor. The hotel was nice but in the future will try to find a a place with better parking and less unmannered children running around!

The hotel is older and could do with a remodel but for the money was ok clean and did the job. Breakfast was free and that was the price I would have paid, although every meal we got in Gatlinburg was bad.

Staff was helpful and location was good.
