Located on the North edge of Gatlinburg away from the bustle of the center of town. The room was large with a frig and microwave Front desk staff was friendly and made some recommendations for places to eat. Morning breakfast in the small lobby area consisted of store bought donuts and muffins with coffee. Liked the ground floor room because it was easy to park and get in and out. Again, the room was pretty large, there were 2 double size beds a small table with 2 chairs, a chair next to the window, a large closet and there was still plenty of space to walk around. The bathroom area had a sink with a long counter and the shower/toilet area had a sink and counter also. The room was very clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The heater/air conditioner was quiet and efficient. We had dinner at the Cherokee Grill Steakhouse which is one of the Copper Cellar family of restaurants. We had the ribeye which was excellent. Perfectly cooked. The bread has a salt crust on it. I had to make myself stop eating it so I could eat my meal. Our server was very attentive, it was a great experience.
Had dinner at No Way Jose's which is a short walk from the motel. The food was good and filling, but wished we would have tried Los Rancheros. We had leftovers from both places so it was nice to have a frig and microwave in the room. The internet wasn't working in the lobby, but we were allowed to use the computer at the Best Western Twin Island about a block down the street. If we're every back in Gatlinburg we would stay here again.

My parents have stayed here many times. We went as a family trip and the rooms have all been redone. Large rooms and clean. Nice sink area outside the bathroom. The staff is great. The restaurant on the grounds or next door is wonderful.

We stayed in a King Suite: room 515! it was very spacious and had a huge 2 person Whirlpool in the living room area of our room. 2 full bathrooms also, a bedroom with a huge, comfortable King bed. The maid were very nice, we don't really like for them to come while were gone but they did ask us if we would like some new towels everyday we were there. The pool was very nice, a bit cold but it felt wonderful and was very clean. They did give a 10% discount next door for breakfast at the restaurant but we did not see that in our room key holder until our 2nd day and it was already expired... i guess the discount was only for the first day/night there. we stayed 3 total nights. Kinda wish they would have let us know that we got a discount there and that they served Orange Juice and Coffee every morning but no one told us so we didn't know. But thats not to big of a deal to us. it was a great location not right on the strip of Gatlinburg but right off of it and in great walking distance. Yes we will be back probably to this same hotel when we visit again.:) Thanks.

The front desk clerk Guston is totally rude. I would never ever stay here because of him!!! We were going to check rates with them and he was arrogant so we left. Thanks for nothing! Clerks are
