My family and I stayed in a two bedroom suite, the beginning of March. The staff were very nice and helpful. This is the only place my family wants to stay when visiting Gatlinburg. The location is very convenient, close to the main strip but also far enough that you dont hear all the noise.
We decided in the middle of our stay that we wanted to add two additional nights to our stay. The manager was very helpful in arranging it for us.
The rooms are stocked with everything you will need.
I highly recommend this resort. We loved our stay.

We attend a cheer competition that is held at the Gatlinburg Convention Center which is also the Holiday Parade Weekend. I have been trying to get a reservation at this property for five years. After staying in three different properties in our past trips to Gatlinburg, we had the pleasure of staying in one of the two bedroom suites at the resort. It was such a joy to have a clean and up to date property to stay in for a change. The location is excellent to the convention center, shopping and restaurants.

The staff was so helpful and pleasant. They helped us with directions off the mountain when the weather turned nasty and always greeted us with a smile upon arriving/leaving. The morning coffee in the lobby was a nice treat and there is a small gift shoppe that has basic necessities if you left something at home. It was great to have a quiet place to retreat after a full day of a cheer competition.

No doubt we will stay here again.

This resort had it all from beautiful suites to activities, the employees are the most polite , helpful people I have ever met on vacation, but after spending a week there meeting other local people I can understand why, the Tennessee southern hospitality cannot be beat. The resort is very clean in the suit and on the grounds and if you are lucky you will get to see a bear off your balcony. The location is perfect walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and yet far enough away that you get to watch some wildlife. The activities are just enough to keep everyone happy and spaced enough not to be to overwhelming. We all can't wait to come back!!!!

April 6th -11th Great Resort and Staff. Good area within walking distance to downtown gatlinburg. We stayed in 1 one bedroom very nice and clean. The pullout couch was a little springy but they gave a foam mattress. It worked fine. The traffic downtown is heavy but if you look at the map there are several bypass roads. I would stay here again.
