Though the furnishings inside the rooms in the older side of the hotel (there are 2 sections) seemed very dated, don't be fooled! The great channel selection, new tv, and overall cleanliness factor were amazing. (It may be one of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen at a hotel!) The beds and pillows were firm, though comfortable. The staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. Great experience!

This was our first time to stay at Jack Huff's and we absolutely loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly. We checked TripAdvisor for their reviews and the rating for Jack Huff's was right on the money. We will stay here again!

Jack Huff's was great from the moment we checked in. The staff was excellent, effecient, the room was super clean, and the location could not have been any better. The only gripe I have are the beds are a bit hard and the pillows really flat, but other than that, we really enjoyed out stay here.

This is my 2nd time to stay at Jack Huff's. Previously, I stayed on the "old" side and this time stayed on the "new" side with a balcony. The main reasons I like this place are the rooms are kept very clean, the staff is VERY nice and the location is excellent! Right off the strip (right behind The Village) and easy to jump in a car and drive over to Pigeon Forge if you want. The prices have gone up since last year but still very reasonable considering you are in the heart of Gatlinburg. Highly recommend!!!
