The bathroom tube needs repairs the beds are hard as a brick. The out side pool was dirty with dead bugs and it was not clean regularly or sweeped. Then to tip it off thay gave me the price for a two full beds at $59.95 for 4 days then when me and my wife got there they changed the price to $69.95 per night. Then here is their way of making it right is they gave $20.00 back thats half the amount and there statement was they weekend rate applys. That is a stinky way to do busniess and false advertising. I will not recommend this motel to any one.

yall get what yall pay for. dirty tiolet and leaking,fire place not working, $40. better to pay more!!! room was just nasty. shower curtain had mold. will not go back stay here. dirty, dirty.not at all clean. but will go back to gatlinburg!! gatlinburg is a nice place, too bad something like this is there at the edge of town. we did love the smokys!!! did not realize there was more hotels to choose from but the 3 at the edge of town. this was our 1st time ever in the smokys.
