I'm not a fan of small hotel rooms so my friend and I opted for one of the cottages. We absolutely loved it. It had two bedrooms and two and a half baths so we didn't have to share space. It was quiet and very relaxing. Short drive downtown where you can park at the hotel while you're walking the area. It was clean, enjoyed the gas fireplace, and could hear the creek running next to the patio. Very close to a Flapjacks, great for breakfast. Only suggestion would be to update TV's to HD flatscreens. Would definitely stay at the cottages again.

Nice place overall. We were one of only two rooms booked so we pretty much had the whole hotel to ourselves. The Attendant was very nice and even though rooms are older, they are clean. Good place for the money but it's a 2 star hotel. Lower pool is colder than deep pool and hot tub is about 15 degrees lower than it should be.

I thought it would be better seeing that it was next door to the aquarium. Location is good. Rooms are normal size. The walls are paper thin. People were noisy and running throug halls until 12:45. I would not stay here again, better places in gatlinburg

if your looking for a clean place to stay IN TOWN this is it they have some very nice rooms that overlook the creek and the ducks are funny on account of being so domesticated but its not the quitest place thats for sure but a short walk to anywhere if your a heavy sleeper o and the parking is also very good if you get a room in the upper units you park about 20 feet from your room
