Best overall value in Gatlinburg.. We have stayed with Gatlinburg Convention center Super 8 numerous times in the last ten years! Service and value are always first class! This is where we will continue to stay....and recommend to others.

Do not bring your family here! The hotel is NOT on the Main strip and it's not walking distance. You will find yourselves paying for parking anywhere from 10-20 $$$ everyday. We had a reservation which had a price that was far from the charge once we arrived. Everything else in the town was booked so we were at there mercy! Also the manager charged our credit card for an extra night and when I questioned him he wouldn't even look me in the eye!! He promised to fix it but hasn't and when I phoned him he refuses to come to the phone!!! And as far as the room it was dirty when we pulled the bedding back we found popcorn everywhere and we had never had popcorn it was from the people who stayed in the room before us. The sofa beds mattress was falling through because it was missing several springs! We had a lil one that we could never set down because of the filth! Don't make the same mistake we did by trusting our stay with this hotel there are many others in the town on the main strip for same price and much better condition! AWFUL!!!

The room was not worth what I paid. I stayed in a suite for $79.99 but it did not look anything like the owners picture. It was old and outdated which would have been fine if the room felt cleaner. It did not seem like much effort is put into the cleaning of the rooms. The bathroom was not very clean. (ie. Dirty toilet when we arrived, booger on wall near toilet, and the tile floor felt dirty). I'm sure it was coffee or juice splattered on bathroom door and wall, but it looked like it could have been blood). I hoped someone would have noticed the poor job of the cleaning staff does. I look for budget rooms when we stay in Gatlinburg. There are many others I would try before staying here again.

i would like to say that its very nice to be in gatlinburg i would also like to say that the staff is very nice and is great at making our visit a good one they really made my visit a great one i would really come back here more then once are twice a year ......my anniversary will be a good one and i will enjoy it very much.....thanks super 8
